Every year about this time, Big Sky State Games comes to Montana and culminates in Billings. It is an Olympic-style sports festival for people all ages and abilities who reside in Montana. Begun in 1986 with 3,376 athletes competing in 12 sports, it grew last year to 10,000 athletes competing in 35 sports. Pickleball is one of those sports.
