One of the many things that makes Roundup a great place to live is the generosity of our community, charitable organizations and businesses. If you’ve been to the City Park over the past few years, it’s plain to see all the improvements that have been made. The Signal Peak Foundation has been very generous regarding park projects such as the new restrooms near the stage. The Signal Peak Foundation recently awarded the City a grant for new lighting at the park. These new lights will illuminate bo...

Rodney Atkins is coming to Roundup, Montana for RIDE’s 19th celebration with some nice country music record achievements in his back pocket, and it’s something that any artist would love to have. His 2019 single “Caught Up in the Country” spent more time on the charts that any other single in the history of country music. For 57 weeks, it stayed on the charts, which is remarkable since most record labels try to get radio stations to move on to their next song project after the song peaks. However, the radio stations couldn’t get enough of...
The Montana DMV office in Roundup has moved. Now located in that blue building near the KLMB radio, across the street from Autumn's Inn, off Main Street. The little building has been a pizza place, an insurance office, a realtor's office, and now is the new location of the Department of Motor Vehicles. You can talk with Shirley, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM starting next week. There is a bit of confusion recently about the "real ID" that's now available. The "real ID" is good for air travel but only DOMESTIC travel. A "real ID"...

With the 320,000 illegals aliens flown by the Biden government into the country by-passing the border wall and laws of the land intentionally, it is obvious the Democrat Party is now not only encouraging but participating in, the invasion of its own country. It is also transforming the Democrat Party into the permanent single-party rule. So shows a once devout Democrat voter, Elon Musk, in a new 2:00 minute video “The Democrat Open Border’s Plan to Entrench Single-Party Rule Explained in Two Minuets,” that all Americans should watch befor...

By Edith Sloan It is my happy fortune to be living in Roundup. This is true for several reasons and one of those is that many people take daily walks here in town. Individuals walk, couples walk, pairs and three-somes walk, along with dog-owners taking their pets. There is a move to create a program where more residents can participate in walking—running. This week of April 14-20, we are starting an effort that would encourage groups of interested people from Roundup and the surrounding area to create pairs, groups, or even individuals to walk-...
