    The Montana Department of Transportation will be replacing the existing out-of-service Goffena Bridge, a timber truss structure over the Musselshell River. As bridge design progresses, public input is encouraged and appreciated. Construction of a new bridge is planned for 2023 and will be located on or very near the existing location.     Farm Service Agency (FSA) is accepting applications in Musselshell County for the Emergency Conservation Program (ECP) to address damages from Wildfire. ECP signup will begin on October 1st, 2020 and end on November 30th, 2020. The approved ECP practices include EC1 Debre Removal and EC3 Restoring Permanent Fences. ECP helps you with the cost to restore the farmland to pre-disaster conditions. You may receive up to 75 percent of the cost of approved restoration activity.     The Farm Service Agency (FSA) is accepting applications in Musselshell County for the Agency’s (FSA) Emergency Forest Restoration Program (EFRP) to address wildfire damages. EFRP provides payments to eligible owners of nonindustrial private forest (NIPF) land to enable them to carry out emergency measures to restore land damaged by a natural disaster. EFRP signup will begin on October 1st, 2020 and end on November 30th, 2020.
