    Lura Pitman|Oct 28, 2020

Every year as you drive out of Roundup on your merry way to anywhere south of town, you pass by one of Roundup's favorite seasonal yards. Always worth slowing down for during the Halloween and Christmas seasons, this antique building is all dressed up for the holidays. The old "Grocery" takes on new life during these occasions as the owners lovingly create a holiday wonderland that can only be appreciated by taking the time to stop and walk by. I was not able to catch the owners for an...

  • Letters to the Editor

    Oct 28, 2020

Have you ever been to the National Archives Building on Constitution Ave. in D.C.? There one can view original copies of the Declaration of Independence and of the Constitution, along with other documents significant to our origin as a country. Are you aware of the fortress-like protection afforded our foundation documents? A dozen hostile tanks couldn’t defeat the defenses of that building, and in a time of threat the Declaration and Constitution retract into an underground vault so deep as to keep them intact from any sort of explosion k...

Well, if you voted early for Joe Biden, you also voted for Globalist and against your own livelihood here in Montana. • Letters to the Editor

    Oct 28, 2020

It’s well known that Greg Gianforte is an avid sportsman and huge proponent of 2nd Amendment rights. Greg has received an A rating from the NRA and was also endorsed by them. Recently Greg invited them to move to Montana, because we know the value of our hunting heritage. On the other hand, we have Mike Cooney, who served under Steve Bullock, who’s stance on guns has moved more to the left in recent years. They don’t understand that for many Montanans not only is gun ownership part of our way of life, but it puts food on our tables, to say n...

The race for governor could not offer a starker contrast between the two candidates. Congressman Gianforte has proven himself to be a hardworking, job creator, problem solver, and innovator. Mike Cooney has been a typical lifelong bureaucrat, protecting only his own job, and living off taxpayers. These differences, however, are merely the tip of the iceberg. Greg has the proven business leadership experience we need in the governor’s office. That’s because he has spent his entire career creating jobs, solving problems, and serving others. Gre...

  • Twitter and Facebook Should Not Rig the 2020 Presidential Election

    Harold Pease PhD|Oct 28, 2020

Big tech outlets Twitter and Facebook are presently “actively interfering in this election in a way that has no precedent in the history of our country.” So said Senator Ted Cruz of the Senate Judiciary Committee, October 15 after thousands of incriminating documents were released by the New York Post the previous day showing Joe Bidden knew a great deal about the corruption of his son Hunter with Burisma in the Ukraine , despite his insistence that he didn’t. This looks to be the biggest case for influence peddling for money and elect...
