    BILLINGS—A former manager at the Signal Peak Energy coal mine in Musselshell County was sentenced today to two years of probation and ordered to forfeit an RV and a Rolex watch for his role in a conspiracy to defraud the company of about $2.3 million, U.S. Attorney Kurt Alme said. Zachary Madison Ruble, 40, of Billings, pleaded guilty in May to conspiracy to commit wire fraud. Chief U.S. District Judge Dana Christensen presided.     Richard Ralph Stevens left us on October 19th at Billings Clinic Hospital.Richard fought a long and valiant battle against a formidable and debilitating foe, Parkinson's Disease, until he couldn't fight any longer. Parkinsons no longer controls him, he is free. Richard was born in Billings to Ralph and Dorothy Gayle Stevens. He would have celebrated his 83rd birthday on November 7th. The Melstone varsity cross country team consisted of four boys and one girl this year: Jack Roen, Colby Thurston, Mauricio Fontes, Gus Adams and Kayla Kombol.
