At the October 6th meeting of the Signal Peak foundation Board the board approved 6 grant applications for a total of $49,172. Friends of Musselshell School was awarded $14,672. for repair of the gym walls and the rest room area. Montana Treasured Piecemakers QOV group was awarded $5,000. for fabric, batting and backing for the quilts that will be made for the Veterans in Musselshell County. Billings, Mont. – Oct. 12, 2023 – NorthWestern Energy electric customers in Roundup, Klein, Musselshell and Melstone will have a planned power outage beginning about 10 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18. The outage is expected to last about six hours. NorthWestern Energy is upgrading substation equipment in the Roundup area. With the season coming to a close, the Musselshell Valley Historical Museum's 50th year was very eventful. The Museum is exceptional for the small town of Roundup. With documented written history of the county dating back to the 1800's, the museum has artifacts that go back even further.
