    HELENA, Mont. – Governor Greg Gianforte today requested President Joe Biden issue a presidential major disaster declaration due to flooding in Montana in May and June.     Seeing the "R" on the hill gradually fading into invisibility caused local Roundup resident Jerry Wickland to put a plea out on Facebook about his concern. A point of pride for most small towns is the letter on the hill painted annually to signify the town.     One of Roundup's most underrated features is our incredible golf course. It is a true gem for our community and a draw for visitors. The 9-hole course features 2,849 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 36. Employee Fred Tellez updated me on some of the ongoing events and programs at the Golf Course.
