Wreakage of aircraft that crashed just north of Roundup on July 29
The plane that crashed on Highway 87 North of Roundup was discovered the day after the crash by Fergus Electric Service men. They went to the wreckage and discovered a man still inside the wreck from the previous evening. They called Roundup law enforcement and an ambulance transported the victim to Roundup Memorial Hospital. The survivor of the crash was a 69 year old man from western Canada who was traveling back from an airshow in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
