Sharon Brewer from Roundup did not move around a lot but she had a good time anyway.
The Cross Country Piecemakers' retreat Retreat was August 22 – 25th. Once again we went to Abba Haven and about 30 women attended. We enjoyed a large room where tables were set up and filled with our sewing machines. It was amazing what can be accomplished when concentrating on our projects.
We had group activities such as Friday - making a padded pot-holder and dice games with Fat-quarters interspersed. Another activity was "Chair Yoga" Jennifer Pisle from the Roundup Dae Myung talked us through some stretches. We really needed it after sitting for a couple of days.
Two quilting stores brought fabrics and quilting kits. Friday, Diana from Diana's Quilts & Things in Harlowton and Saturday, Marie from Sew Peaceful Quilt shop in Lewistown.
