Swearing in "Rico"

Judge Randal Spaulding swearing in "Rico", Musselshell County's newest K-9 deputy. Deputy Travis Manning, who originally is from Florida, is Rico's handler. Rico is a Belgian Malinois. He is about 1 1/2 years old and was born and trained in Holland. He and deputy Manning trained together in Pennsylvania for about six weeks before returning to Roundup a week and a half ago.
