A 911 hang up came in pre fix 911, no call back could be done

A 911 came in reporting an elk vs car accident in Fergus Co. Call was transferred.
There were 19 911s, 22 traffic stops with 4 citations given. 1 for expired registration, 1 for speed, 1 for driving suspended, and 1 for no insurance. There was 1 person in jail.
