From Central Montana Health District Public and Environmental Health:

On Wednesday, April 22, Governor Bullock released his plan to reopen Montana in three phases. As Central Montana begins to move through this process, we in public health want our businesses to be successful while also ensuring the health and safety of both workers and their customers.

Before they are allowed to reopen, the Governor’s directive requires that every business MUST complete a “Reopening Plan Agreement,” submit it for review, AND have it approved by their local public health jurisdiction. Locally, the public health agency assigned to this process is the Central Montana Health District which serves Fergus,

Petroleum, Musselshell, Golden Valley, Wheatland, and Judith Basin Counties. Forms specific to each business can be found on our website, which is centralcontanahealthdistrict.org, or it can be requested from our office by calling 406-535-3983.

Plans can be submitted by either emailing the completed plan to our sanitarian at [email protected] or by faxing it to 406-535-3984. This information is listed on the form as well.
