News from the Senior Center

We wanted to thank all of our great volunteers and faithful patrons that are keeping our Senior center alive and going strong. We are providing grab and go meals to whom ever calls and wants one on Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays. The cost for meals are $4.00. We are also sending out more home delivered meals for those that cannot come and pick theirs up. We have had food donations from the community that we are also grateful for. RSVP prints a little inspirational hand out that we send with the home delivered meals. This week we were surprised to find a little message written in chalk on the sidewalk just outside our main door. Thank you as it really brightened our Monday!! We surely miss seeing a lot of our seniors and hope that this crisis will be over soon. We sincerely hope you all will stay safe and well!

Please call Area II Agency on Aging at 323-1320 and let us know if there is anything we can do to help you during this time of social isolation. Although our office is closed to walk in traffic, we are still here answering phones and offering the same friendly and reliable services that you are accustomed to receiving.

For information on the services which are being impacted by COVID-19, be sure to tune in to KLMB (99.9) Radio every Tuesday at 8 am when Paulette is on the air to discuss the most recent updates.
