Sadly J.C.Penny's has filed Chapter 13 due to national shutdown. This company was founded April 14,1902 in Wyoming by pioneering Americans who had spirit.This is why we cannot allow a Liberal Governor tell us who is essential and who is not. We cannot allow a Chinese virus that kills at random to shut us down. We cannot allow fear of this virus to control our freedom and happiness as Americans. Open up and reclaim your lives once again.
