If your familiar with where the old Roundup Record Building is at 24 Main Street, you already have seen that a new business is in the old building.
Jeremy and Kim Erickson and their sons Rhett 4, and Rhys 8, moved to Roundup from Laurel in 2013 starting their business, Big Horn Signs, from their home. They chose Roundup to relocate to because there wasn't a sign business here, and they were looking to bring something new to the area. They progressed and moved the business into the old flower shop, and currently to the old Roundup Record building.
Big Horn Signs does more than just signs and printing. They also do banners, commercial embroidery, lettering for trucks, apparel printing, and laser engraving. Some of their business is with the schools and athletics departments. Like most businesses right now, the Covid pandemic has been slowing the Erickson's business, but they hope that things will swing back before too long.
The Erickson's are renovating the old building for more retail, and hoping to bring in more apparel. Much of the business currently is shipped out to North and South Dakota.
Kim is also a member of the Roundup Chamber of Commerce. She is wearing many hats as a mom, co-owner in business, and public service.
Stop by and meet the friendly new business owners and see the renovations. Jeremy and Kim can be reached at 406-323-2822 if you have a project you would like to consult them on. We hope to see the business grow and have great success.
