BOZEMAN — Continuing a research interest that began while studying microbes in Yellowstone National Park's hot springs as an undergraduate, and now backed by a prestigious NASA grant, a Montana State University graduate student will investigate unique bacteria that could provide insights into how multicellular life evolved.
