Minutes
The meeting was called to order at 8:30 by Commissioner Borner. Commissioner Goffena was present.
Mike Turley was present for observation for the day.
Pledge of Allegiance.
Commissioner Goffena made the motion to approve the agenda for the day as is. Commissioner Borner seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Commissioner Goffena made the motion to approve the minutes from the December 14, 2020 meeting after Commissioner Borner wanted added that there was an unknown person present on GoToMeeting. Commissioner Borner seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Commissioner Goffena did not have any board meetings but did meet with the County Agent to work grasshopper spraying.
Commissioner Borner has a Snowy Mountain Development meeting on Wednesday December 16, 2020 and they discussed working with Roundup for a Brownsfield Project for the Stockman Bar.
They still need to get the flashing done on the Extension Office so the doors operate correctly.
Commissioner Goffena will need to contact Fergus Electric regarding the easement for the Fishing Access again.
They are going to look into more training for employees.
Bob Panctraz joined the meeting for the morning.
Weed Coordinator Beck met with the Commissioners to have them sign a form for a Department of Ag grant towards a new UTV.
Road and Bridge Supervisor Stockert gave his weekly report to the Commissioners. There are Floodplain issues with the Farrell Bridge. Mr. Stockert met with MDOT regarding the intersection at the Goffena bridge program. There was a lot of rock moved from Johnson Road.
Sheriff Lesnik stopped in but had nothing to report.
DES Coordinator Harper gave his weekly report to the Commissioners. The Floodplain issue with the Farrell Bridge was discussed, they are going to get more information from the Engineers. There were 3 addresses given last week and 1 property readdressed. Road signs are on hold due to weather.
Treasurer Hetrick gave her weekly report and had the Commissioners sign the Treasurer Report for November 2020.
Ambulance Coordinator Solberg, Clerk & Recorder Tomassi and Payroll Clerk Cassell met with the Commissioners regarding wages for Dispatch and Ambulance.

Deb Adolph was present via GoToMeeting.
There was no public comment.
Commissioner Goffena made the motion to sign the letter to the Department of Human Resources regarding the work plan and budget of the District 6 Human Resource Development Council’s CARES ACT Community Service Block Grant. Commissioner Borner seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Commissioner Goffena made the motion to sign the 2 Encroachment Applications for 2 approach’s on Majerus Road for Section 10, Township 5 North, Range 25 East. Submitted by Tim Harper for Karin Frost. Commissioner Borner seconded the motion after noting that Road and Bridge Supervisor Stockert recommended putting in culverts. Motion carried.
Commissioner Goffena made the motion to sign the Master Consulting Services Agreement between Musselshell County and Tetra Tech for the Farmers Union Ground Water Monitoring Project. Commissioner Borner seconded the motion. Motion carried.
There being no further business the motion was made to adjourn. Motion carried
Theresa Doumitt met with the Commissioners for a signature on a Draw Down for the Hospital DLA Grant.
