In times when sanctuaries are declared so as to prevent laws’ being enforced, it’s refreshing that Musselshell County will consider a sanctuary for preserving part of the Law of the Land. Contemporary loonies are babbling about the 25th Amendment, but they tend to be negligent about the First Ten. In fact, perhaps the Commission should expand its concept to protect all those, not just the Second.
