HB 136, so-called “Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act”.

This bill sounds like Planned Parenthood wrote it for congress.

It is a fact that a unborn hasd a heart beat and brain waves 24 days after conception. At 2.5 months, 10 weeks, after conception. A baby is completely formed, continuing to grow until birth.

“Planned Parenthood loves this bill they may say they don’t, but they do.

And we wonder why we are having such trouble in this country and around the world. Over 61 million USA over 2 billion world wide.
