3. Review and sign Resolution 2021-12 increasing the 2020/2021 Expenditure Budget of the Refuse District for unanticipated purchase of a piece of equipment. The expenditure budget to expend cash from the following line item:

4. Review and sign the Zoning Compliance Form for the West District Gravel Site in Section 33, Township 7 North, Range 24 East submitted by MGC Consultants.
