Wednesday, April 21, a collaboration consisting of the 14th Judicial District Juvenile Probation, Drug Enforcement Agency and local Sheriff’s office presented a seminar to the public on how to watch for drug use, how drugs are being hidden, what types of drugs are out there, and how they are being marketed to youth. DEA presented a slide show that was educational in scope and updated for today’s drug culture. Sheriff’s office mentioned that younger and younger children are being exposed to drugs, and stated there was one case they knew of where a local 14 year old youth was involved with meth....
