Reflections
We have just celebrated an event that took place in history over two thousand years ago. We call it "Easter," although my preference would be to call it "Resurrection Sunday." It is a celebration of incredible hope because it promises eternal life to anyone who will believe and trust in Jesus Christ. Yet I look around, and I see the reality of a world drowning in hopelessness. My heart aches and is sad.
Proverbs 16:25 says, "There is a way that seems right unto man, but the end thereof are the ways of death." Let's put that into the perspective of what is happening in our country....
