The Roundup AAU Wrestling Team celebrates after receiving their awards from Colstrip on Tuesday, February 8th.
Roundup 3rd grader Devin St. Pierre uses a double-leg takedown on a Miles City opponent. Devin defeated this opponent twice in Colstrip, once with a score of 12-3, and once with a 2:43 pin.
Faith Kistenmacher controls an opponent from Darkhorse Wrestling on her way to a 3:34 pin. Faith went 2-1 to earn 2nd place in Colstrip.
First year wrestler Terry Fisher holds a Miles City opponent for a 0:41 pin. Terry also wrestled with the Innaugural Junior High Team this year.
Rylan Hanson wraps up his opponent for a 0:23 pin and 2nd place in Colstrip. Rylan is a 3rd grader in Lavina and has wrestled with Roundup AAU for 4 years.
Roundup AAU Wrestling will be hosting a tournament at the Roundup High School on Saturday, February 19th. Admission is $7. The public is welcome to come cheer on their favorite wrestlers. The younger wrestlers start at 9am and older wrestlers start around 1pm.
