Certified Seed Potatoes

The Musselshell-Golden Valley Extension office now has seed potatoes. The seed is sourced from Holbrook Seed Potatoes located in Twin Bridges, Montana. The importance of using certified seed potatoes is to prevent the spread of devastating potato diseases commonly found from using poor quality seed. The varieties available through the office include Huckleberry Gold, Yukon Gem, German Butterball, Clearwater Russet, and Norland Dark Red for $1 per pound. Once the seed is gone, we will not have any more until next April. Please call the office at (406) 323-2704 to check on quantity or stop in during office hours to see what we have in stock.
