Roundup has had many cafes and restaurants in its history. The museum has a new display highlighting some historic local eating establishments. Bonnie Combs did a great job planning and setting up the café display. There are artifacts from several establishments including The Vienna Café, Roundup Hotel, New Elk Café, Danil’s Café, Green Acres and others.
Some of the artifacts include plates, dishes, silverware, menus, a pie case, a General Electric refrigerator and more.
Another newer exhibit which has been updated lately is the dinosaur exhibit by the Earth Sciences Foundation Inc.
The Musselshell Valley Historical Museum is open from 1:00 – 5:00 PM seven days a week. But, you need to come in soon because we are only open until the end of September. Come on in and learn about some local history.
