Vets-Giving another Success
Warrior Wishes Montana is a non-profit, one-hundred percent volunteer run group, that spends around thirteen thousand dollars a year to make sure that Montana Veterans have a meal for Thanksgiving, and other holidays. "Our goal is to provide assistance, programs, and events to current and future Montana veterans." States the website http://www.warriorwishesmontana.com. The group was in Roundup at the IGA parking lot on Tuesday November 22, to hand out meals for local veterans. Bill Turner, commander of VFW Post 4925 of Roundup, and Sabrina Lemons, service officer for VFW Post 4925 of Roundup, were both helping with the service. The Vets-Giving provides food for Montana Veterans in Roundup, Redlodge, Billings, Laurel, and Hardin. They want veterans to contact them ANYTIME that they need help. The service is not just for the holidays, and they want to help any veteran in Montana whenever their need arises.
