Roundup's Pine Ridge Golf Course Keeps Improving

One of Roundup's most underrated features is our incredible golf course. It is a true gem for our community and a draw for visitors. The 9-hole course features 2,849 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 36. Employee Fred Tellez updated me on some of the ongoing events and programs at the Golf Course. There is a "TGIF Scramble" every Friday, a twenty dollar "Twilight Special" after 5pm that includes a cart, and Cars for Pars upcoming event Sunday August 20th from 11-3pm. Also, there is a Women's league on Monday nights, and a Men's league on Thursday nights. If you are wondering what to do around Roundup, the golf course should go straight to the top of your list.

If you are new to golfing, Ed Rutan is the local golf course pro. He just finished a junior golf class with over 30 students who participated. He is available to give lessons for those interested in learning to play golf.

Signal Peak Community Foundation recently donated grant money to the Golf Course for a new heating and cooling unit. This has already been purchased and installed, adding comfort for the members of the club, and employees. The golf course at 72 Golf Course Road, is owned and maintained by the City of Roundup. You can call 406-323-2880 to reserve a tee time.
