WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Matt Rosendale (MT-02) voted against H.R. 8774 - Department of Defense Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2025. While this appropriations bill has some provisions that would make our military a more effective fighting force and provide a much-needed pay raise for our service members, Rep.
