The Friends of Roundup Community Library has set the dates for its Annual Used Book Sale. The sale will be held at the Masonic Hall, 405 Main Street, on Friday and Saturday, August 2 and 3, 2024. On Friday the sale hours are 10 AM to 6 PM, with book prices for hardbacks at $1.00 and paperbacks at $.25. Saturday’s sale hours are 10 AM to 1 PM. On that day, fill a plastic grocery bag for $2.00, or fill a brown paper sack or a cloth bag for $4.00.
Persons who are interested in helping the Friends of the Library set up the sale or who want to earn community service hours can show up at the Community Library at 10 AM Wednesday, July 31 or at 10 AM Thursday at the Masonic Hall. We will be moving books on Wednesday and sorting the books for the sale on Thursday. A bonus for volunteering is that workers get a first look and first pick at what has been donated for the sale.
