Honorary Veteran Table
On November 12th, the Melstone Senior Dinner was also a celebration for local vets. The Quilts of Valor group led by Sharon McCleary,presented quilts to local Honored Veterans. The following Veterans received a beautiful patriotic and hand made quilt;

David Jocobs - 1976-1994 Navy
Sidney Adams - 1994-1997 Army
Douglas McClintock - 2000-2008 Navy

The families of the Veterans were in attendance to wrap the Veteran in the Quilt. Tamaira Wacker had students singing patriotic songs at the event, and the Senior Center put on a special dinner for the evening.
