In today’s digital age, our phones keep us connected, but they also bring some serious challenges. While it’s awesome to chat with friends and share our lives, we’re also exposed to things like cyberbullying that can mess with our mental health. A lot of us deal with stress and anxiety from negative comments or online harassment, which can make us feel really alone.
Parents can step up by making it easy to talk about these issues. If they encourage us to share our online experiences and feelings, it can help us feel more supported. Plus, if parents take the time to learn about social media and the risks that come with it, they’ll be better equipped to guide us.
By being involved and understanding, parents can really help us navigate the ups and downs of technology while keeping our mental health in check.
