Ingredients
Turkey Meatloaf
2 lbs Ground Turkey I use 1 lb 99% fat free & 1 lb 93% fat free
2 large Eggs
1/2 small Red Onion chopped
3/4 cups Gluten-Free Italian Bread Crumbs Ian's Brand
1 tbsp Gluten-Free Soy Sauce
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 tbsp Brown Sugar or honey
Meatloaf Glaze
3/4 cup Ketchup
1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
1/4 cup Brown Sugar or honey
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 385-degrees
In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, eggs, onion, Italian bread crumbs, soy sauce, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and brown sugar together.
Form three even loafs and add them to a non-greased oven-safe pan.
Create the glaze.
Mix the ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar together until smooth.
Coat the loaves with the glaze and sprinkle black pepper on top.
I poke holes into the loaf while spreading the glaze that way it cooks into the loaf.
Bake the loaf in the oven for about 35-minutes.
Meatloaf should read 175 to 185 on a thermometer for the perfect temp.
Allow the meatloaf to cool
